Astral Traveling?

Wow just a couple of minutes from my last questions, but I forgot to add this in there. I was wondering if anyone here does astral traveling, or even knows about it? Just curious, because I've done this since I was a child and remember my experiences.

If so I'd just like to hear about others experiences with this. I find it very interesting, others might find it satanic, demonic, or evil to sum it up.
