Concentration / The Visualization of Energy

Upon reading about the Three-Fold Law and the deep respect for all life, human and otherwise, it became clear to me that Witchcraft is where I belong.

Despite this, I question my ability to cast. I only came across Witchcraft today, so I don't know for sure how well I would perform if I were to try a spell.

My concern lies in concentration.

I've suffered from ADD all my life, and I feel that I never think or perceive things clearly, as though my mind is in a perpetual fog, and after reading all the "Beginner's Guides" on this website, it's clear that intense focus and concentration, as well as the ability to "clear your mind" is a necessity. As is confidence, which I fear I lack due to this very thing.

I plan to try regardless, but I fear that I won't be able to see the energy required to form a Circle.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
