I would recommend a place called HigherBalance.com. Their stuff is expensive, but they offer a ton of stuff for free, and they have a youtube channel. They guy that runs is is Eric Pepin, and he teaches some very in depth techniques for just about everything psychic. You may not agree with his ideas about God and the Universe, but it is still interesting nontheless, and he doesn't require you to agree with him. The techniques are relevant though. They have free streaming audio and video to try, and if you do Utorrent they offer the first package for free. It has been highly useful to me, but I needed ritual magick in my life and left, and came here. Hope this helps.

I can't say I'm an expert at this, but I share that 'accidental psychic' trait you describe. One thing I've found that helps is to trust your instinctual feelings, the whisper of knowledge, that is barely heard. Another thing that has helped me is to listen more often, and the more I do, the easier it gets to get answers and to 'tune in' to that voice (a friend of mine calls it her psychic radio channel like a switch in her brain, or the radio channel to her spirit guides). Something else I've done is to talk to my spirit guides more and trust what they tell me. Whether or not you believe in spirit guides, at least *listening* more to that voice, so you can recognize the feeling of hearing it, will strengthen it. Hope that helps!
