Psychic abilities?

I think I might have some abilities, but do not know how to develop these. I have had several premonitions about future events. Most signficant was 2 years ago when I broke my arm.

I knew beforehand that I was going to break it and even which arm. I thought I was just being a worrier and so put it out of my mind, then after it happened- just as I had foreseen- I realized what had happened.

I am also able to "find" lost things. So far it is only objects and only in my own home. I sometimes feel a heat or see a color where the object is, and I always have a strong feeling that the object is calling to me, so I always know which room it is in.

For the most part, it is very inconsistent and I would like to explore and develop this, but do not know how.

Any help or suggestions would be most appreciated.
